Is an all white guinea pig with black eyes lethal?

My guinea pig just had 4 babies, only one of them turned out with completely white fur with black eyes. It's teeth appear to be normal and everything else regarding it's outer appearance. It's only a day old though so I'm not sure if it's lethal or not.
