Do you agree or disagree with the death penalty ?

There are several studies that show that it costs more to put someone to death - than it does to keep them in prison for the rest of their lives. But, money is hardly the issue. I would support the death penalty - IF - we get to the point that we are 100 percent sure of the conviction for the crime - and there are no mistakes. Until then - keep them in prison.
