Non-Atheists: Why do you think we human beings aren't animals?

I believe in God and I do believe we are classified within the scientifically classed kingdom of animals. I think a lot of religious people get caught up on the word "Animal". Most people use it to describe non-humans. Although the scientific classification Animal does encompass humans as well.
