What are the most important aspects of creating a Utopia?

That once it's created, it will destroy mankind. Unless we still strive towards something; compete with each other; and want to create a 'better' world....then our purpose would be over. So, as long as we're working towards a utopia, we will be fine; but if we ever get there, we're toast.
