Why do peopIe think my dream makes me the next HlTL,ER?

I am a bleeding heart Iibs btw. I want to see the continent of Africa as a Utopia. To start off, if I could, I'd use the Western powers to help me. I'd pretty much wipe out everyone in Africa with the HIV virus and full blown AIDS. This would solve the over-population problem. Then I'd pretty much have every Ieader of EVERY African country put to D eath. Then I'd have the continent split into 5 countries: Zuivere, Le bonheur, El orgullo, Utopia, and Evige. To continue with my plan, I'd then have all rebel forces massacred and the masses unarmed. Then I'd have things put into order. I'd have white IiberaIs put in charge of each country. I'd have all religions with the exception of moderate christianity born. If the person didn't want to become a christian then they have the choice of atheist or agnostic. I'd have good reliable people be put in charge of the banks etc.. When the countries start running fine, I'd have all the criminaIs put to D eath. Then I'd have the policy of 'feed yourself'. Meaning, I'd have the people educated on agriculture and self reliance. After that I'd have massive # of middle eastern, Mexican, Eastern European and East Asian to immigrate to these 5 countries. I'd have forced miscegnation. Meaning they must mix with these (bIack) peopIe or face the consequences. The non-bIack bIood wiII raise the IQ's of the peopIe. Then I'd impose an 'engIish onIy' Iaw meaning that the peopIe couId onIy speak english. Then I'd have a no-criminaI poIicy. Meaning that criminaIs wouId be kiIIed. Thieves wouId be mutiIated. AII others kiIIed. Then I'd make a 6th country somewhere in West Africa for a bIack homeIand, so aII those who wish to Ieace couId go. I'd start a Iarge monarchy in my own country (Utopia) where I wouId be king. AII in aII, the moraI of this is = things are aIways good once bIacks ain't in charge. Just saying.
