What would the world be like post rapture? A futuristic utopia or chaotic mess?

What would the world be like if harold camping was right and all the faithfull christians were taken away from the planet by baby jesus? In Revelations, there is like a grace period between the ACTUAL apocalypse so there should be a considerable amount of time where nothing bad happens to the ones left behind. But would you think society would advance dramatically without the closed mindedness of religous ppl? Or will it be heck in a hamster bowl :3
