If 60mA is lethal, does that mean if your skin has a resistance of 500,000 ohm, you should actually be ok if?

Skin resistance varies, if your sweaty the resistance of your skin goes down. If you break the skin the resistance will be much lower. The lethal limit of 60 mA assumes that the person is in good health. Ground fault interrupt circuit breakers are set to trip when the current difference between neutral and hot is 5 milliamps or more. There is a reason we in North America use 120 volt and not 240 volt rms AC.You not likely to get electrocuted by 120. I have been shocked by 120, I touched the metal screw threads of a light bulb when I was about 8. The current flowed from my hand to my bare feet. I was on a carpeted second story wood frame house. This was before houses came with polarized plugs. I doubt there was more than a milliamp but I felt it and remember how it felt more than 40 years later. ,
